Factory acceptance test
- Confirm the model, configuration and identification against the order.
- Verify shelf area, temperature range, vacuum level and condenser performance against the test conditions.
- Check controls, alarms, data recording and safety interlocks.
- Run a representative cycle and record the results for handover.
Site acceptance test
- Confirm installation, utility connections and leveling.
- Repeat the performance checks under site conditions.
- Verify cleaning, changeover and any local safety or data requirements.
- Complete training and agree the spare-parts and service scope.
